In this video, I’m going to show you how to prep 3 easy and tasty high protein vegan meals that are perfect for pre or post workout using only simple ingredients, so you can bulk up on a plant-based diet. The meals contain some of the top vegetables with the highest amount of protein along with all other nutrients that are essential for your health – vitamins, minerals, etc. I also have some tips for cooking vegetables efficiently and getting as much protein and nutrients as possible.

Taco bowl inspired chickpeas and sweetcorn
Steamed broccoli & tofu steak
& roasted sweet potato & black beans
